PLA GIKEN CO.,LTD. has sold this extruder system for medical tube since 1999 in Japan. And PLA GIKEN CO.,LTD exhibited this system at first time in IPF(International Plastic Fair)/Japan in 1999. It was possible to manufacture strict tube for catheter by our system. There are 2 kinds of molding for straight tube, one is vacuum sizing method for size standard of outside diameter, and the other is wire coating method for size standard of inside diameter. And there are 2 kinds of molding for different diameter tube, one is inner pressure method which is changed between high pressure and low pressure and the other is molding method for adapting for needed figure, which we can select the above methods optionally. This MDX Extruder System is perfect machine, and we have delivered over 30 units in Japan.
